I Love Girly Dresses (Especially When They Cost $13)

I'm not this dramatic in real life. Photo me seems to be a drama queen.
This is more like real life me.
Dress: LOFT outlet
Jacket: LOFT
Tights: Target
Boots: Dillards
Necklace: LOFT outlet
Earrings: Gift from parents
Bracelet: Folklorico, Savannah, GA (gift from Cary!)

The $13 LOFT outlet parade continues! I got this dress, also for $13, also from LOFT outlet. My necklace came from the same place and cost $4. This was a very productive shopping trip for me. I'm starting to feel a little like a LOFT one-trick pony, but the clothes there are cute, affordable, and available in my mid-sized college town. So until I find myself wearing the same dress in five different colors, I think I'm okay.

Today was rainy but still kind of warmish. I dressed for it to cool down as the day went on, but it never did. Oh well. I feel really girly in this outfit, which is my favorite way to feel in clothes. I spent most days between the ages of two and six in pink skirts and plastic bracelets from my wrist to my shoulder, and I think this might be the grown-up, less Barbie version of that.

Me at age 4, Easter Sunday. My love for floral dresses and girly accessories lives on.
